All our work is bespoke and tailored specifically to your objectives. We understand that every client and business is unique, and we will work closely with you to develop a customised plan that fits you. Engagements typically last anywhere from 6-18 months, with a minimum of 6 sessions.
We will start by thinking through where you are now, where you are headed, and how to get there, exploring the specific outcomes you want to achieve. We will discuss the challenges and opportunities you are interested in. Based on this, we will develop a plan to guide our work.
We will have 90-minute fortnightly calls or meetings to discuss progress, share ideas, and work out how to overcome obstacles. We are available in between by phone or email as required. We provide guidance, lessons from others on a similar journey, and ways to structure your thinking. We will offer encouragement and hold you accountable for your actions.
We normally gather feedback from coworkers and other stakeholders on your personal impact and style. This feedback will help us understand how others perceive your work and identify areas for development. We often augment this feedback with best-in-class psychometric tools, as required.
Throughout our engagement, we will use a variety of diagnostic tools, best practices, and proven frameworks to gather insights, visualise results, make informed decisions, and encourage proactive action. These tools will help us gain a deeper understanding of you and your business and guide our discussions.
If needed, we can help you prepare for important “high-stakes” moments such as major promotions, presentations, interviews, or negotiations. We will provide you with strategies and techniques to enhance your performance and increase your chances of success.
